6in Philly cheese steak combo is a bit pricey

The people here are nice enough. They work hard and are there to please to try to please. ... What the bad part is: the... efficiency at lunch is pure chaos. Waiting 10+ minutes after the online pick-up time has become the norm. Coming in andwatching line full of people walk in after i ordered 15 minutes prior and watch them all walk out with food before my food hasbeen started is frustrating to say the least. This doesn't reflect the staff, it reflects poor management of online ordersduring the busiest hours. Maybe just disable their online order during these time was my suggestion. Was told their was amistake with my order. However saying that to a person that stopped ordering online here because of same exact situation lastorder, only made me decide I won't ever come back for lunch here. It's not a mistake if it's the norm. Make your employeeslives easier and keep customers happy. Even if that means you lose some online orders. It's lunch time for many and only getso much time. It's why people order online. For timing purposes. Do yourself a favor and go in order during lunch, onlineorders obviously go to back during these times and that's not right. Recommend don't order hot subs during this time either. You will wait way to long in person. Jersey mikes shouldnt offer it if they don't equip their understaffed workers toaccommodate properly. Again if the employees were not nice and hard working people, this review would have been much moreangst. The food is great, but the employees here are complete a**holes. My colleague came here to order a veggie sandwich. While they... were making it, she decided why not add pepperoni to it. So the employee proceeded to add relish (which was not asked for) andsome other kind of meat (which was also NOT asked for). When she went up to correct them, all of the employees, including themanager made her feel as if she was in the wrong because THEY made her sandwich wrong as if it was a crime to add pepproni to aveggie sandwich. Mind you, there is a line of people waiting to order. The cashier mocked her for adding pepperoni to a veggiesandwich and my colleague felt so embarrassed and belittled that she told me the story as soon as she saw me. So I proceeded togo there for my lunch break, ordered a veggie sandwich (no pepperoni because I don't eat pork). Service was fine. Then as I'msitting eating my food, I hear those same employees bring up the exact situation that JUST happened- laughing at and mocking mycolleague. As much as I wanted to get up and say something to them, I decided not to. If they were childish enough to laugh atsomeone that did nothing wrong, I doubt they would listen to me. All I have to say is treat people how you want to be treated,and always watch what you say. But the utter disrespect was beyond me. Read more
