This place is Magical making Subs and they have the BEST "BACON" Cheesesteak Sub in the planet !! and MOST IMPORTANT is managed and operated by an AMAZING team of Young People, with lots of ethics, respect, professionals andfriendly ! a TRULY AMERICAN TRADITION SPIRIT !! I am typically a huge fan of Lenny's hot subs but my most recent order left a few things to be desired. I had the chicken... Philly and my daughter had the steak Philly. The meat was unusually dry and lacked the flavor that I'm used to. My daughterspent most of the time removing the paper that had adhered itself to the sandwich but she too experienced a less than desirabletaste to her sub. Now this is not my usual experience with this location but this rating I based on that. Read more
Ordered bacon cheesesteak and ham/swiss cheese subs to go. Went to the car to eat and realized that that the cheesesteak had no... cheese on it at all. The ham/swiss sandwich had white American instead of swiss! I was never told of either change so I assumethey thought we would be notice until we got home?? My wife goes back in and we are told that they don't sell sandwiches withswiss cheese. Funny...many of the sandwiches include swiss cheese in the description. This review is about my order through UberEats, so I don't have any opinion about the restaurant in person. My Italian sub was... excellent! I provided lots of instructions and they followed ALL of them. That alone is so much better than any of the otherlocal sandwich places. I mean it, I've tried every one in my area and none of them ever follow the personal notes. So that'sgreat, and thank you so much! The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I also ordered the chicken salad wrap.Again, very well put together and fresh, but genuinely flavorless. Compared to my Italian sandwich, it was lifeless, even withtoppings. I don't know if this is the recipe for the entire Lenny's chain, or if this location makes it bland. All of thepackaging was perfect, not soggy because they wrap them up securely. Sandwiches retained their shape and weren't falling apartin any way. This is the best place I've been to for a Philly Cheesesteak in Atlanta thus far. I usually order & pay online. Everytime I've... arrived at the scheduled pick up time my food is ready. If I happen to be a little late my sandwich is still kept hot & waitingfor me. It can get a little crowded at lunch, especially in the parking lot. However the establishment was clean and the servicewas quick! I definitely recommend giving them a try. You wont be disappointed!! Read more
