Extremely friendly staff and food was great. Everyone was very attentive and helpful but not so much that it was overwhelming.

Arrived at 1:50 on a Friday afternoon. The place was empty. We were promptly seated and our order was taken. All was good to... this point. This when it went downhill. The waitress did not put our food order into the system until over 10 minutes later.Other patrons that had arrived later than us and had their orders taken and drinks served before we even were served our drinks. The other patrons received their food orders long before we received ours. We were never offered drink refills until we had toleave to go back to work. What should have only been a 1/2 hour visit turned into nearly a 1 hour ordeal. So, bottom line,service was horrible. Fortunately the food was good which saved this review from being a 1 star rating. This Mellow Mushroom has the best cheese bread for an appetizer - warm bread with soft melty cheese - yum! Both vegetarian... pizzas and meat pizzas are perfectly cooked with delicious toppings. Even the salads are great here. Friendly servers, good beerselection. They have a large covered outdoor seating area. The only improvement would be more local beers on tap - how aboutJekyll Brewing that is just a mile or so away? Great place, worth a stop! Read more
After reading their reply from the manager of the store I decided to change my review to a lower review. First of all I wanted... drinks sodas and carrier stuff should have been provided I was nice and giving it a four star with that type attitude theydeserves two stars less. Listen to your customers please I will think again before I shop at mellow mushroom at thatlocation. It was raining and almost closing time today it went in the order took a while cuz it wasn't ready it was afterclosing the problem I had was the drinks was handed to me and paper cups had to carry to the car they did offered character tothe car when it was raining I did not ask that did ask for a way to carry them and carrying towed or some way I could care tothe thing did not have anything like that I would recommend a future for to go orders either be bottle drinks or in totes orcarriers that it could be taken easily to carrying a car if you have to stop or something you can lose your drink and mess yourcar interior up. Took over 30 minutes for just an appetizer when they weren't even busy. Had to take it to go. It used to be better than this.... While I did get a discount, there was no communication about an issue.
