Got rid of Jr burrito...??? Why? Not everyone is a big eater... Full size burrito is too much...
I was in the store ordering my food and the staff was so rude.the whole time they were rolling their eyes, speaking in Spanish... to each other when I asked for more toppings (which I assumed was about me) and then fought with me when I questioned the pricewhen I requested to make my entree a meal. I ended up being charged separately for everything after she claimed the ?make it ameal? price was ?too cheap?. I even pointed out on their menu where it says make it a meal and the price. I contacted corporateand I would love to speak with the owner at this location but not sure if that?ll happen. This truly was the worst experience atmoe?s that I?ve ever had. Delivered barely any chips and they were stale, food overall not good
Burrito was poorly put together. Dude gave 0 phucks and fell apart when unwrapped it.
First location we've seen in a long time that has had the hot salsa.
DJ IS AWESOME!!! We usually get horrible service at this location but he made our experience great!! We?re definitely coming... back to see him and order from this location from now on. Please acknowledge and applaud him for his wonderful attitude andgreat customer service. This man deserves a promotion!!! He went out of his way to give us exceptional customer service. Good food but TERRIBLE service. I don't know what's going on with the employes in there but last Friday I went in to order my... food at this establishment but sadly when I began to pay for my food i was ignored by this woman who was a bit shorter than me.As she was attending me, she made me stand there with my card out trying to pay but after I tried to tell her I was paying shebegan giving me an attitude and began being very disrespectful at me. I sure hope it wasn't because of me being Hispanic and Ihope the manager doesn't condone this terrible racist behavior in this establishment because i find this very bad for me andother POC costumers to experience. As a long-term Moe's fan, this was not a good experience. First, two employees were sitting outside as we entered and no one... was behind the counter. After waiting a minute or so, someone finally emerged from the back as the outside employees came backinside. Ok, no harm done. The problem began when there was an empty Kaiser sauce bowl and an empty sweet tea vessel. Thatjust cannot fly. The floor was not clean and neither were the tables. Since my wife and I were the only patrons in the joint,it was just not a good all around experience. It feels like the employees are just hanging out there and not working for theirpay. Read more
