Our server Kenny did an excellent job of taking care of us on my wife's Birthday. They were short staffed. You would have... never known it with the teamwork shown by the 3 servers an the manager on duty. Our steaks were delicious and cooked exactly asrequested. My wife loved her lobster tail. Waited 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. Waited another 10 until we were able to flash her down so we... could give her our order. 30 minutes later she comes to tell me the kitchen is making more potato soup and that is what istaking so long. I've been a restaurant manager and know this means she forgot to put the order in. Manner Heather, came totake. Explained to her situation. She did not care and was very nonchalant while speaking to her and rolling her eyes. Got the$80 bill real quick though. Worse service and manager. Do NOT go here. Will not be back. Read more

RUN The wings is rotten. Threw the food away. The potato baked was one big hulk of a potato.
Ordered Outback center-cut sirloin with some mac & cheese and mashed potatoes and everything was great! Steak was cooked as... desired, no fat and it was full of flavor. There was no mess on the plate when served and the waiter was very friendly,attentive and helpful. Good pricing for everything that we got and the quality of the food, definitely would recommend! T.L. D.R. Maybe understaffed? Cooking is definitely not so great. U visited this location because I couldn't keep eating... LongHorn, and decided to compare food and cooking quality between LongHorn, Stoney river and outback. I waited for 30 minutesbefore we got a table (understandable during COVID) and the waitress claimed the table is wiped (although there are still friesand other food on the ground, underneath table). It took some time for a waitress to show up and take our order, although therest of ordering process is quite seamless. The horrifying part comes to the actual food served, we ordered two items and bothare overcooked and too dry, the salmon taste flavorless, and my steak is...even worse. I ordered same type of steak with exactinstructions to avoid issues and this is worse than the other two brands. I guess they are either understaffed or waitressestook a break when we come in, because I only saw her three or four times during the entire lunch, and while in other restaurantsthey'll come to resupply bread and drink without we mentioning, it didn't happen in this store at this time. Even though I'llprobably never come to this location again, I do hope the experience is only happened to us and others are enjoying theirfood/service. If it doesn't, please consider to improve it.
