Called to place a pickup order, tried to order several Papadia sandwiches and a pizza. I asked for the sandwich to have light... sauce and no cheese. I was told sandwich can?t be changed, it clearly ask on the website if you would like to customize yoursandwich. I asked if sandwich?s were made to order or pre made. Don't order food from this place!!! I ordered online and the driver showed up with only half of my order. I called the store and... the employee who answered told me that the driver was on his way back with the other half of my order....he never arrived. Iwill not be ordering from Papa Johns in the future. **Update...I called today to speak to the manager...the employee whoanswered stated that he was one of the managers...I explained my situation and he said, "ooh, ok" and hung up the phone. Whatgreat customer service!! So to sum it up...the food ...if you even get it...sucks . .and the customer service is what you wouldexpect from Guantanamo Bay food services. Read more

Like it edible... I've been going to this location for years and been watching as their quality go down the drain, the last time... I got a pizza here it was like a NY style type of pizza? Like a thin pizza with huge crust, and it was a stuff crust, but therewas more pizza dough at the crust then the rest of pizza. At the same time I don't think they add enough cheese or extratoppings at all cause when I was finishing my first slice in my car (Yes I do that and before driving) the pizza was crunchy andtaste burnt?! Like I know they didn't just look at it and was like "Yeah good enough.". I don't know what is going on butsomething has to change there. Maybe add the needed cheese or stop using small dough to save a few pennies. And no, your doughisn't expensive, it's like 25 cents per large dough you have. Read more
