lemme start by saying, the service was 5/5 - fast and polite - and the drive thru wait time was just fine for me who was passing... thru. if you're stopping by on a strict 30min lunch break, i wouldn't recommend it, but it was ok for me. my food was 2.5/5.heads up: don't order the four cheese white pizza unless you, for some reason, have to. i don't know how to say this, but itjust isn't a white pizza. it's kind of impressively bad. it's a baking-soda flatbread soaked in oil and topped with a mix ofvery salty and sharp cheeses and no sauce to speak of. in other words, there isn't any yeast in the dough that i can taste orfeel, there isn't any creamy white sauce, and the four cheeses they picked don't come together in a way that resembles a whitepizza. now that said, i can forgive the lack of yeast in the dough. using baking soda as a leavening agent instead of yeastmeans you're missing out on the "pizza dough" flavor, but yeast takes longer to work properly, and this is a fast food place.can't be mad at that. the lack of a creamy sauce and the overly sharp cheese is my main issue. it just...isn't a white pizzaflavor at all. they could leave it on the menu but call it a cheesy flatbread instead, maybe? it's still too salty and oily forme but i'm sure someone else would go for it. idk but not this location's fault, so i'm giving it 4/5 anyway. I had a catering order in for my daughter's fourth birthday. When we arrived it was not only not ready but not able to be... located. After sharing the confirmation and it being the correct location and time we had to wait for them to make the food andmy husband missed at least an hour of our daughters birthday party. It was EXTREMELY disappointing and frustrating and NOTHINGwas offered to make up for it. Read more
Visited the drive thru around lunch time so was expecting a bit of a delay in service. There were only a couple of cars in line... so thought I may have gotten lucky. Unfortunately 15 mins later I realized that was mistaken?.the service was VERY slow. Thenwhen I finally received my sandwich and drove away, I check and see that I was given the wrong sandwich! ???????? I return andwalk inside this time only to see part of the issue. The place seemed very short staffed with basically 2 people servicingsandwiches for online orders, drive thru and the customers walking in at lunch. Another 15 min wait for me to get the rightsandwich this time. Anyway the turkey club sandwich was actually good. The chips were very salty so wouldn?t suggest the combo.I like Schlotzsky?s sandwiches but wouldn?t recommend visiting this location unless you have time to spare. Read more
My sandwich was really good I did the pick two and got the Fiesta Turkey with loaded baked potato soup which was okay. Order the... Texas tater tots ummm don't waste your money. Order wasn't correctly filled had to go back in. My Cinnabon was dry. The placewas clean, staff somewhat weird, customer service mediocre. Again sandwich was great! Read more
I hadn't been to Schlotzsky's in over 10 years. I was excited to get the Deluxe Original which had always been my favorite. Due... to a communication mix up, I ended up with the $14 Giant size. I went ahead and paid and then proceeded to try and eat thismassive sandwich. It didn't disappoint. It was fresh and incredibly delicious! I instantly remembered why I love this sandwichso much. Pizza crust was super stale today. Usually if you get it fresh, they make a great pizza. This location is super slow. Be... prepared to wait. I have had to leave before after 30 min in drive thru.
