Great burgers! Fries could use a bit of help so don't get 'em plain unless you want 'em that way. Can't beat the price for... what you get. Edit: Went again tonight around 6PM and apparently the Triple doesn't come with cheese anymore but they stillcharge you $7.99. Couldn't hear the person through the speaker, either. Went twice in the same night for my order to be messed up both times is ridiculous. I'll never go back. Yall keep hiring slow... can't get nothing right a** ppl. Maybe if yall paid attention to what the customer is saying instead of having uselessconversations in the back maybe ppl orders will be right. The food is usually good but this time I was not eating there. I walked in and there was a man doing some work, up in the... ceiling. Not a problem, things break down and need to be repaired. The problem was that he was working over exposed raw burgers.He was also standing on the counter next to the cook top. Then I asked the lady behind the counter if I could borrow her pen tomark the drinks. I need to know what drinks went with what food. She snapped and said it's on the receipt, all I had to do waslook at it. Since I don't look good in orange, I smiled and walked out. I found a pen in my car and did what I wanted to do. Read more
This place includes a kiosk for fast and efficient ordering. I ordered a double butter garlic cheeseburger, and it was one of... the best burgers I've ever had. Steak patties were moist and very delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely goagain. Read more
What a disaster ???????? I ordered in the app, and it let's you do curbside! It was a great experience, and it was honestly a... pleasure using the app. It said it would take 11-13 minutes after I placed my order at 11:17! After being yelled at by themanager I was told to go through the drive thru to oder after having already ordered and paid for my food. It was 11:54pm and Ihad still yet to get to the window or get my food. It was rough. Read more
Steak and shake me impressed us. Loved the order via screen. We got some burgers and milkshakes that were cooked to perfection... by a friendly staff. You must try the milkshakes trust me on this one they are outta this awoo'orld. The place was super cleantoo and had a great dining room. Read more
I was told by staff to use the kiosk to order. I ordered a shake and the system applied my birthday reward with a total of... zero. It did not give me a receipt. When I inquired about the shake I was told by a very rude employee that I had to order theshake but not on the kiosk. This employee was extremely rude and could not understand that the kiosk did take the order. WhenI tried to explain to her that this should be brought to someone?s attention to be corrected, she then refused me service in themost unprofessional manner. Finally another employee brought me the shake. This rude employee actually said that the kiosk wasnot her concern and showed total lack of understanding of the problem. I am sure this employee is rude to many people and iscosting this company lost revenue due to her ignorance and bad attitude. Read more
