Love subway but hate dealing with them. Have never rung up an order correctly & cannot use points because they don't know to do... it in their system. Always walk out frustrated because of the language barrier, I can't seem to understand them & they cantunderstand me. This has happened more than once at different locations too. This is by far the best subway in ATLANTA!!!!!! and it all comes down to SERVICE. The lady who works there is extremely nice,... she is always happy to do her job and makes you feel good. If I am near the Alpharetta area and craving subway, I do not minddriving an extra 10 min to this specific location just cuz of the service. Is an elderly woman with a bit of an accent but sheis concentrated in what she does and will not mess up your order. She is very nice and is just good to feel like the people whois making your food is not in a bad mood while doing it. I work very close by this location so for the past year at least once amonth I go there and the experience has always been a good one. This lady is the real MVP. Read more
This was by far, unequivocally the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Subway restaurant! The sandwich maker, who was... also the cashier did not want to honor my coupon because it was so frustrating and inconveniencing for her life. She literallytold me and my coworker that Americans always want something for free & that deeply offended me, especially since she chose tocome to my country to enjoy our freedom. The BP cashier rectified the matter, but it also upset her that she had to honor andfigure out how to apply the coupon. They insulted our intelligence by attempting to overcharge us and telling us whichsandwiches we had to select from when there were no restrictions except equal or lesser value. i come here a couple times a week for breakfast. there is always a Russian girl (i think that is her accent) she is always so... nice. i can be kind of moody in the mornings, but she always makes me smile. very friendly. Read more
worst experience ever, I never write a review but this place I had to. no one spoke English they out things on that I didn't... want and argued with me, ended up charging me twice and I had to argue to get my money back from two people who looked likethey've never use a cash register before.I don't know what these two ladies names were but they were verse rude to thecustomers. very unsatisfactory Read more
Arrived at the time it stated they opened no one was there until 15 minutes later person making the sandwich seemed to be in a... bad mood as she was making the sandwich they no longer offered breakfast sandwiches and a large roach was running around thetable area. Read more
