Your standard Subway location, don't over think it. Good place for a quick sandwich to go. The staff are friendly and willing to... make small talk during the slow hours. It's a small location with little seating. Try to avoid going here during the usual12-130pm lunch rush when everybody goes out to eat in the area. Read more

I went to the subway on Windward plaza on Sunday afternoon around 5:10-5:15pm to try out the casear wrap that Subway has... advertised. Anyway I walk in and a black lady there tells me that the restaurant is closed. WHAT?! I told her that your signsays that you're open from 8:30am to 8pm. She say despite what the sign says, her boss told her to say that they are closingearly. She is going by what her boss said. Really?! That's false advertisement. How was I supposed to know? If your sign saysyou're open till 8pm, you are open till 8pm. Subway needs to honor their hours of operations to better serve their customers. Ileft the subway on Windward plaza in total disgust?! I live less than 1 mile from this place so instead of driving I decided to walk, which was a 25 min walk. I arrived there at... 8:40pm today 6/18/2018. I walk in because the sign says they closed at 9:00pm. This little young guy turned off the open lightsign, so I walks in he tell me they are cleaning and they are closed. I most likely won't be going back to this Subway location until they fix their oven. The bacon on my chicken bacon ranch was... half way cooked from being under cheese being warmed up in a microwave. The sub ended up being soggy as a result of warm meatand cheese. Read more
