I have been getting food from this location for a few years. I haven't had bad experience even when I go there late at night.... Like everywhere else they are also short on staff. Same thing as the previous review. Ordered two Deluxe boxes and they jipped us two chalupas!! Went back a couple days later to... eat there again and to confirm, did we see the image wrong, or did they actually jip us. Sure enough they jipped us twochalupas. We explained the situation to them and they refused to give us the chalupas. I will never eat here again. Read more
Extremely rude lady at the drive thru. Rolling her eyes and talking under her breath cause I wanted a soda instead of a freeze.... Happened on 9/04/22. They lock the inside despite accepting orders for in store pick up. Forcing you to go through their veryslow drive thru. Read more
Let me tell you I rolled through here about 12:30 in the morning on the way home and these folks not many of them there.. only... like two.. we're just as pleasant and happy and the services just as good as if you're old in there at 6:00 p.m. with a brandnew shift... So I'm giving them five stars for the order was perfect nothing wrong and the staff was you know happy to be thereand friendly not all pickle-faced and looking like they were mad at the world these guys were great so I commend them forkeeping a good attitude. If I could give them zero stars I would! Staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate! I was missing a part of my order, I tried to... walk in and get it. They locked the doors in my face and started eating. No one gave me the rest of my missing order. I ordered 3 deluxe craving boxes with everything chicken, even the burritos. When we got home and opened the boxes there was... about two pieces of chicken in some of the wraps/tacos and others had one piece. There was a ton of shredded lettuce, tomatoes,and cheese to cover it up. I called the store and found out they were closed by the time we arrived home which is right acrossthe street. We were so disappointed. We were coming off of a 9 hour drive tired and hungry. We paid extra for all the chickenand didnt get it. I wrote and called about this issue and no one has reached out to me as far as I can tell. Update: I calledtwice and was told my complaint would be escalated. But, still no call back weeks later. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got 2 chicken tenders in between instead. Normally service here is fast but it took longer... than usual today as well. If I knew I was going to get tenders instead of a sandwich I would have ordered something else. Itried calling them but it seems their phones are off. Read more
