This was the most disappointing meal I have had in a long time. The chicken didn't have that noteworthy KFC spicy taste, the... breading was not crispy and the chicken was dry. I visited when it was fairly busy but that's no excuse for how filthy the restaurant was! Trash cans were overflowing, drink... station was a mess, customers cleaned their own tables, trash on the floor. Really inexcusable. In addition I was served thetiniest piece of chicken I've ever seen. It was supposed to be a wing but I certainly couldn't tell from looking at it. Read more
Had to wait over twenty minutes for fast food! Only one person taking orders. Saw three other workers. Place had alone to the... door several times over,as we waited . Girl told us the computer messed up and it happens when they get busy. Food was fresh butjust too long. Probably about thirty minutes by end. Restaurant is often need a floor mopping. No napkins in dispensers. Timebefore this, food was cold and order wrong. That time was half hour before closing. Staff acted like they were closed and didn'twant customers. Their attitude and lack of helping showed the worst customer service. Will have to drive to Lakeside or ElseCajon, in the future. Can leave their quality or service, to the hotel patrons.
