Made an order for 10:30, called ahead and everything, the app said it was ready and they still had me standing out there for... half an hour staring at my pizzas. The manager needs to stay there and never work anywhere where she is required to makeimportant decisions. Read more
This place is never open I can?t believe they let the franchisee get away with this! I have even driven by on the weekends when... the hours are 12 to 4 PM nobody is there I?ve tried calling during the hours they claim to be open and the phone goes tovoicemail and that says it is not set up yet! I ordered pizza online the dY before and paid for the pizza asking to pick up my pizza at 11 am. The 2 workers walked in at 11... and took them 30 minutes to make the pizza. Good but generic pizza. The phone is busy most of the time and goes to voice mail which is always full so you can't leave a... message. The wait is a little better than the Pizza Hut down the street, and the prices are less expensive. It is the better ofthe two major chain pizza joints in Alpine, CA. Read more
