First time I ordered and they forgot my 2 liter soda? Definitely setting a bad first experience.
Placed an order. Called an hour later to check the status of it. I made a mistake on the info I gave them and they were... extremely rude. I order pizza from this location quite regularly. I have never had a bad experience, my pizza is always made correctly and ready... when I get there. The staff at the location is so nice, they joke with you and make you feel like home. I like that. Themanager, Chuck, runs a great restaurant. I was one of his customers at the Lakeside restaurant, and I was happy to see him atthe Alpine store. Thank you to the staff for always doing it right. Read more
Because of Covid, a portion of the lobby has been blocked off. When I arrived there were 3 people ahead of me. I ended up having... to wait outside to keep socially distanced. I understand not wanting people eating in the front area but it should be opened alittle more for more people to be able to stand inside to wait for their orders. Read more
I was hoping to order over the phone on my way home so I could just pick up with limited wait and get home with dinner. Well my... commute is usually 30 min and unfortunately I was on hold for 20 of those mins. By the time I got to the store, I was better offordering online and waiting the 10-20 mins. The most disturbing part was that a female answered (around 5:05pm) took my phonenumber and name to start the order and then asked me to hold, then nothing. You should have more people on the afternoon shiftor make it a point that if you start the order, you should finish it. I?ve worked at Pizza Hut before and our store rule was nomore than 3 rings on phone calls and always finish the order you started.
