Went today and the service has completely changed. Lady wasn't paying attention to what I was saying got everything wrong I had... to correct her MANY times. They don't know how to cook bacon but other than that it was fine they are least tried to a second time but the Bacon was still... soft after cooking longer. But it's fast food so you get what you pay for Read more

Went back in October and opened a complaint and still haven?t heard back from the location. I went in to order pints bc I had a... tmobile reward but then they didn?t have what I wanted. I asked about packing me one fresh but then they didn?t have the rightsize container. I asked can you just put the size I want in the bigger container and was told no. I ordered the bigger size andthen saw the employee out their gloves on and opened the case to grab the ice cream container. He then proceeded to touch hismask while he was scooping my ice cream. While he was doing this he used the same gloved hand that he used to touch the scooper,the case, the ice cream container and his mask to push the ice cream down in my container. Disgusting. I want to back would give0 stars if I could. 3 months and no one addressed my concern or tried to reach out to me. Read more

My grandson and I like this place. They are always nice to us. They get our orders correct. It's with the product I have... problems. I have 3 issues with this location. First - the price, way to high. Second - if they make a mistake they try reallyhard to make it your (my) fault. Things go wrong, they should just accept fault. Third - frequently their doughnuts havegotten hard and they are still selling them. STOP, after so many hours you know they don't last that long. They cost way to muchto eat hard. It is a big treat to go get doughnuts, milk and vanilla chai. It's when we buy more than 2 doughnuts we run intotrouble. The take home orders. When we sit down in here no problem, we have a great time. Nice environment for a talk andvisit. I feel, They need to have the doughnuts delivered twice a day not once. As for sandwiches I have never gotten a bad onehere, they are always correct. Read more

Went through the drive through at 2:00am. There was literally NO CUSTOMERS there, in the store or in the drive thru, I was the... only one. I ordered a shake and the guy didn't even tell me how much it was. I pulled up to the window and looked in and and sawNOBODY, not a single staff member inside. I waited literally about 6-7 minutes, nobody, nothing. The guy didn't even come get mymoney. 10 minutes, still nothing, nobody. I looked to the right and saw about 5 cars had gone through the white castle drivethru while I was waiting like a scmuck, so I pulled out and drove there. Read more

Ordered a mini cappuccino blast with whip cream and cinnamon at the drive thru, couldn't hear the employee over the speaker so I... said "sorry what'd you say?" She responds in an irritated tone: pull around. Get to the window, the cashier didn't get my orderright, I said excuse me politely and she ignores me until the 4th excuse me. Still doesn't get my order right. Really rudeemployees, I'm from Texas and I'm accustomed to friendly curteous service so I was a bit taken aback by the behavior Of theemployees here. Read more
