This place has gone downhill. I called ahead and placed a to go order and was told 20-25 minutes. Got there about 20 minutes... after my call and was told a couple of minutes longer. 38 minutes later, still no food. Another guy waiting said it had been40 minutes since he placed his order. I get it, you're busy. Then tell people a realistic time for them to come in and pick upinstead of making them wait. When I asked about it, the bratty girl working the counter said "we have a lot of people here thathave come in since you called your order in." So you don't take the orders as you receive them? Call in orders are just pushedoff to the side? I asked her to tell me how much longer or give me money back and she responded "which is it, do you want yourfood or your money?" The guy who told me he had been waiting immediately walked up with his receipt and said "I'll take mymoney". When we finally got the food home, it wasn't even good. Yesterday I placed an order for the first time, 2 tacos ???? and guacamole they charged me for 2 burritos which I didn't order... the lady on register tried to convince me that I ordered it. Without apologizing cause obviously She screwed the order. Insteadof being nice and trying to fix the mistake She was rude and I have to ask for a manager so She can void the order. I went backto work without a lunch and had to order online and wait. I don't know if She has a language issues or She doesn't hear good butanyway it was not professional at all. Read more
Stopped to get some tacos late at night after a concert. It was extremely busy, so we knew our wait time was going to be long.... The tacos were worth the wait. They were very delicious! Read more
Tacos r always good. Fast service. I did notice while l was waiting 4 my order, the person that was preparing the salsa cups... was busting tables. He never put any gloves on. He went from one task to the other. Just put gloves on between task. Read more
Had my wife grab some taco dinners tonight . Wanted cilantro and onion. ?supervisor? would not allow fixing the order because... she ?didn?t hear her specify? but could not provide evidence of this mishap on the phone call. Never had this issue with Mexicancuisine in chicago . Come home from a 10 hour shift to this.. and we are regulars. Very confused and disappointed and absolutelydo not have the energy to drive up there and complain. I also don?t appreciate the cooks staring at her every time she visits.Dwindling customer service , will not be returning. Read more
Kept going back between 4 or 5 stars. Gave it 5 cause the food is usually spot on. Today it was fantastic and my picky twins ate... all of it. Fresh, hot, and quality meat were on the menu this afternoon. Probably get it again tomorrow. Read more
I ordered take out there a few times while I was working on a house a mile away. Any way the food is great , i highly recommend... the sopes de asada , avocado is a must. Tacos del pastor are great ???? and the hot sauce is on point Read more
Food is good but there is just way too much fat on the steak meat. Every bite of my burrito I have to spit a huge piece of... rubber fat put. Would be nice if they cut all of that off before they cook it. Read more
