Workers there are always pleasant. Greet me as I walk in and tell me to have a good day as I'm grabbing my order. Even though... people might think it's a common courtesy and they should be doing it anyway, many places don't do it. My order is alwayscorrect and they're like there motto says Freakishly fast! You put too much oil and dressing on your sandwiches and when you routinely don't look at the garbage level tomatoes you use,... people are going to speak up. Suggestion: put 3 seconds of quality control into place for each sandwich, and this will neverhappen. I eat here because it's fresh and reasonably priced. But if it's not fresh or I'm drinking a gallon of oil every bite,its going to lose it's appeal and quick. Read more

Went to this jimmy johns location today in Alsip on 120th and Cicero during quarantine. Hadn’t eaten all day, ordered a beach... club, regular, no frills. I received a nasty sandwich with lots of mayo, old tomatoes and just CHEESE. Everybody knows a beachclub from jimmy johns has turkey meat! Called and complained to corporate after the store manager hung up on me. Won’t becoming to this location again! Horrible experience...check out the photos and see for yourself. SMH Read more
Ordered for delivery and recieved the wrong sandwich. Called was told they were send the correct 1 so I waited and 25 minutes... later called back. Wells told nobody else complained about their delivery, and wasnt getting the correct sandwich... Will neverbe a customer again.. Read more
All I can do is state facts. I ordered from the Key Motel, Jimmy John's is literally on the same block 30 seconds away (Yeah I'm... lazy I know). I checked my phone to see when I called from the moment the delivery guy arrived, and it was 43 minutes. So muchfor the commercial. However the food is good, and apparently I didn't get the angry Hispanic delivery guy everyone's talkingabout. The man who came was polite enough and thanked me for the tip. Read more
