Cappuccinos and iced tea were listed as available on their menu. The, albeit nice lady at the counter, said that they didn't... have either, and required us to show our ids to purchase coffee. Would not recommend. They don't have what they advertise. Read more

I miss the girl mirriam that used to work here. No one here now ever asks if I want a drink or anything if I'm playing. So... don't stay long. Isn't a friendly place Read more

Never again. First off.... The young gal working was super sweet and apologetic. The manager was a horrible person. Here's the... story. I walked in and asked for wine and wi-fi. The young gal said she would have to call the manager for the password to theWi-fi. I said ok. She sold me the bottle of wine for just under $18. This option was available on the point of sale system. Shethen called the manager and asked her for the Wi-fi code. The manager chewed her out for selling the bottle of wine even thoughit was available on the POS sysytem!?!? Strike one manager. I heard the associate apologize for doing her job! The managerallowed the employee to speak with me on the employees' personal phone and I asked "Chris" the manger if I could rent an Ipad???This was clearly marked on the board "Ipads for rent $10". Chris the manager on the phone stated "We don't rent Ipads anymore."I said "ok.... Do you mind if use the Wi-fi password?" She hung up the phone. She called right back and I was still holding theemployees phone, I answered- Hello this is Jack, I lost you... She said "why are you answering my employees phone?" Wow! Ihanded the employee the phone back and she proceeded to apologize profusely as if she did something wrong! This employee wasextremely nice! She made me comfortable enough to stay and enjoy the bottle of wine I purchased. I actually tipped her again! Ifanything she should have been praised for selling a bottle of wine and keeping a customer there with a good conversation. Ireally enjoyed my conversation with this employee, but will never return because the manager clearly has unresolvedissues. Chris, look into a new job that has nothing to do with customer service, you obviously know nothing about it. As foryour employee, she deserves way better than to have to apologize to you! You're rude! Read more
