As of October 4th 2022 we visited the Wendy's at 111th and Cicero in alsip Il. We ordered two double cheeseburgers that were... charred beyond belief, I've never seen burgers like this they were charred black beyond belief there was no taste left to themno juiciness they were dried out, and that's for the fries what happened to the hot fries that they're always talking about andwe went through the drive-thru as soon as I started having a couple of fries when we pulled away from the drive-thru they werenot hot and they were actually stale as if they were old fries or not cooked right. The chicken sandwiches were fine but what'swith this small piece of lettuce that's even smaller than the one tomato they put on the sandwich? Plenty of lettuce on thedouble cheeseburgers but what's with this mini size piece of lettuce that the tomato was actually bigger than. But the charredburgers totally are unjustified. And trying to call the phone number there but it rings and then goes to a fax dial tone. So mayhave to go in personally. I've visited many other Wendy's and got nothing but a juicy burger just like the picture on the boardjuicy tender delicious. and with the complaints I've seen on this place I don't understand why corporate Wendy's isn't doinganything about it. Just look at the complaints on this place. Now for me the people were nice I had no problem with them they'realways cordial and courteous to me. It gets a little crazy in there but all in all they're good people but the food tremendouslyhorrible. Now I've yet to go to complain to them because it's in the morning time now. They keep their doors locked. They forgot some thing in my order and then I literally had to wait 15 minutes in the... drive-through lane again to get a package of sour cream because they don?t allow people to walk into the building. From another fast food manager to another, I can tell your crew just doesn?t care. Once I got my cold food right from the window... , it was just handed to me nothing said after that. Not a ?thank you? or ?have a good day.? I understand working in fast foodcould be challenging, but atleast act like your some what happy to be there. I don?t wanna bother asking to swap out this coldfood, I?d just get more ?I don?t care? attitude. Read more
This location is absolutely terrible, I ordered a double burger meal and 6 piece nugget. The cashier, manager and other crew... members were to busy talking to each other about nothing rather than concentrating on the customers. I do not eat pork and theyput bacon on my burger, completely lost my appetite after that and did not eat it. Called the store at least 10 times and theydo not answer (wonder why) , please avoid at all cost, don?t believe me, if an owner truly cares, they would respond to peoplelike my self. I love their Pecan-salads- However I haven?t picked one up from this location for months. Yesterday I went thru drive thru I... could see those handling the food had no mask except for the one at the window taking the money and handing one?s food. Gettinghome I started to eat the salad it tasted horrible a salad from the bottom of it was almost rotten. I will never go there againand I?m giving one star for the young man that had a mask and was very pleasant at the window. Read more
The person in the store drive through did not understand my order and did not seem to care much about whether it was right or... wrong. I had a coupon that specified that I had to order something to get a free coffee. So I ordered a double stack. Althoughthe whole order should have cost 3 dollars they wanted to charge me ten. They eventually gave me the right amount back but itwas such a hassle and it took so long that it was frankly not worth the effort. Read more
