The food is always cold, old or I have to wait for them to make what I want usually. Then when it's has vegetables it the entree... they will give you more veggies than meat. Read more
I really would love to rate more than two stars since this is my local neighborhood Panda Express, but this location in... particular constantly commits several issues. They skimp on the food the give, send the wrong items, forget to include teriyakisauce when it?s obviously needed (when ordering teriyaki chicken), don?t follow special instructions. The list goes on. They maybe minor issues, but it happens way too often. Read more
Do not understand why people say that their service is bad and that they are rude. I've had no issues with the staff or their... service. I'm alwayd in and out in less than a minute. They know what I like and how I like it. Sure, I've been going there foryears but its always been top notch with them. And I leave as a satisfied customer. Read more

I gave three stars because the food is decent but as far as customer service it is a negative. I understand not all employees... are rude but if someone named BRENDA is taking your order expect attitude. After fixing my order with an exchange between me andher going back and forth about what I said compared to what she heard, she then slammed the bag of food in a very rude mannerwhen it was finished. I never write reviews but somehow felt obligated. Hopefully management can retrain her about customerservice. Probably won?t be coming back because of her. Read more
Edit-Darren is amazing and always has great customer service and is a credit to the company!! Yashua rung me up and he also had... good customer service. This store is leapyears from the horrible service when covid started, I'm glad they got rid of thoseother employees!!! I also added a star because they finally added a vegetarian option but they still cook in same wok/pans. Myfamily love loves this place! It always smells amazing in here. I gave 4 stars because of how much my family comes here. I lovehow something fresh is always just coming out the wok. It's very freshly prepared. The location is always clean and the utensilsection is never a mess. I've never once had a bad reception from any of the employees. They are usually very outgoing andfriendly. Now,here's where the 1star gets taken away. For a Chinese food place,where as, usually Chinese food can be safe forvegetarians,but not here. Everything is cooked with chicken stock. The vegetables are cooked in it,the rice is cooked in it,everything,so I have to suffer smelling this AMAZING smelling food and never have a taste(sad face). But definitely a place I'llbring the family to, especially on nights I don't feel like cooking. Don't forget to keep your receipt and do the survey and getan extra entree for free,it only takes a minute for some extra bomb food,for free. Read more
