My first time at this location. Its in a tough spot to get in and out of because of the high traffic volume. First impression... when I walked in was pleasant. Small but clean and quiet. Staff greated myself and a few minutes later, another guy, as wewalked in. They were all very professional and friendly, clean and efficient. I've never had a "bad" experience at a subway,less than great, but never BAD. This location, at least when I was there, was excellent overall. New owner and staff. Can't get a simple ham and cheese sub made correct. Asked for shredded cheddar cheese and she put about a... tablespoon of cheese on. When I ask her for more cheese she then added and charged for extra cheese. It would be ok if the putaverage cheese and the I asked for more but you couldn't tell there was cheese when she did before I asked for more. No othersubways does that Read more
Subway had a nationwide $5.99 footling promotion which was advertised online and in their storefronts. When I asked about the... promotion, I was told by the employee here that all footlongs were $5.99. After I ordered a footlong sandwich, the cost of onefootlong sandwich came out to $8.95. When I asked for the $5.99 promotion that I was promised, the employee said that theywere, "privately owned and I had to pay for the food that I ordered". I will NOT be returning to Subway anytime soon. Read more
Ordered a 6-inch Teriyaki sub on Italian herb and cheese. The food was really good and the girl who waited on me was not only... good at guest service but interacted more as the person was a guest and not a customer. The store was very neat and tidy in theshelter well-stocked, all the tables were clean and ready for service. The food was all good and I would suggest this place toanyone who likes Subway. I wish sub shops these days would have chicken salad and or shrimp salad Subs. These are very popular Subs up into the 90s but... then sub shops try to get fancy and come up with Subs with more toppings and bread let me. Anyways if you would like a thinsandwich with good bread in the DC amount of toppings Subway's the place to go. I ordered online for pick up and the bread was really small, very skimpy amount of ingredients... I don't remember subway ever... being skimpy on ingredients let alone bread because they pride themselves on their fresh baked daily bread. I ate one half of mysandwich, took two bites out of the second half of my footlong and I discovered a hair that was not mine was inside thesandwich... ???? Read more
