They are normally quite good and are very good at getting orders correct. However, this time we were missing both an order of... fries, a milkshake, (I was told it was removed from the order last minute but I ordered it when getting my meal so I'm unsurehow that could have happened?) And bacon after I ordered extra bacon. This experience in reality was like a 3/3.5 but becausethey're usually very consistent I give it a 4 for this particular visit. Read more
Went to Backyard Burgers last week, July 13 2022 and decided to order a burger and shake. I had not had one of their incredible... burgers in about 5 years and had forgotten how delicious they are. Well, I took one bite of that burger and the taste was soincredibly fresh and different, You simply can't compare them with any other fast food burger chain. Hands down, the absolute best burger spot in the Orlando area, if not the state!! Probably good that I live 20 minutes away,... as, while it?s definitely worth the drive, if I lived more in the vicinity, and could smell that flame broiling deliciousness,that?d be downright dangerous! 1st time eating here. The drive-thru has a self serve menu board you can order from that is touch-screen. The options blew me... away, being able to choose if you want it as a meal, how much toppings you want, if you want ice or how much. It even let's youpay all in one spot. There's is one window to pull up to for your order. It is made to order but the wait is average. The staffis super friendly, and seem to enjoy their work environment. Which leads to satisfactory food. I chose the Black Jack and addedPineapple with a side of onion rings. The side wasn't too oily, came with a tangy dipping sauce that had a little kick at theend. In all the years this location has been here, the smell of the burgers cooking draws you in. This location always serves up... fresh, hot and juicy burgers. Their shakes are amazing and remind me of old fashioned ice cream shakes. The staff is alwaysfriendly and helpful. Even at peek lunchtime, they keep the line moving. Even the turkey burger is tasty and moist. I?d ratherget a BYB than any other burger from a fast food restaurant. Who doesn?t love waffle fries with Parmesan cheese and garlic! Normally this restaurant is amazing, fresh burgers, crispy fries, and overall a great experience. Tonight was not the case. I... ordered a double southwestern burger and fries. The burger overall was lukewarm, the patties were definitely not fresh and hadbeen sitting for a while. The cheese was cold, and the crispy onions on the top of the sandwich, which are normally short andcrunchy, this time were very long and quite raw on the inside, with little to no foundation to them. I?m not sure if the amountof bbq sauce has changed or if the flavor/brand has changed, but it was also incredibly sweet on the burger as a whole.
