The waiter name Evan did a wonderful job tonight 11/18/22 located in 434 Longwood, FL. My husband and I decided to go to ... Carabas for dinner bc thier food was so delicious ????, Evan was very attentive and he make sure that our drinks are full (sweet tea, water, coke), Previously, we had a good customer service going to Carabas, but Evan he really top it all up his service, friendly jokingly. Have to say, if you?re looking for a peaceful and not too long of a wait. This Is the place. Staff was very helpful and generous... and kind. They are also pretty quick with your drinks and orders. Hard to find that sometimes. So come and check it out. Youwon?t be disappointed! Grazie. Read more

Amazing pastas! I love Carrabas! I always disliked Olive Garden! The appetizer trio is pretty good!! The mezzaluna with tomato... cream sauce has always been delicious! The chicken soup is too peppery, the salad are fresh, stuffed mushrooms--yummm! Calamariis a hit & miss thing. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're excellent!! Warm bread also fills you up! I just stop by for a quick dinner and the food was delicious. I originally order the zucchini fries but due to supplies they no... longer fry the zucchini fries in the same batter. So if you?re an ole head of Carrabba?s like myself the zucchini fries are notthe same. However, I settled for the lemon shrimp scampi appetizer and the salmon topped with crab meat dinner. The food and the services was excellent. The wait was a little bit longer but the food was delicious.

Very yummy! This was our first time and would definitely go again. The complimentary bread/dip, calamari and the stuffed... mushrooms were the highlight of the meal. Steaks were cooked to order which many places don?t do well on. Little pricey thoughcompared to other chains. Read more

I have been going to the Carrabba's Italian Grill in Altamonte Springs FL for many years.The place is well maintained and have... wonderful and friendly staff. The food, to me, has been consistently delicious. The waitress/server Faith was very courteous,attentive with her tables, and knowledgeable with excellent suggestions. I tried the Rigatoni Martino - Sautéed mushrooms,sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan and romano cheese tossed with rigatoni pasta in our tomato cream sauce topped with scallions andricotta salata option of soup or salad, I chose salad.
