After clarifying the order in detail multiple times, the people still could not read off a list of items needed for the order.... They also put cheese sauce instead of an actual slice of cheese and got the drink wrong after literally asking me what I wanted.This place ruined Checkers for me and I probably won't be going back. 1st time we waited for over 45 minutes while watching them continually arguing with each other over messed-up orders, then after... about 25 minutes came to the window and said they were sorry for the delays and just put down fresh meat for our order again.This all while watching them give people the wrong orders and people complaining about their order, and the Profanity blurtingout the window was far more in competition with the disgusting food we received, burgers slapped together leaking out packaging,fries Less than stone cold as well as a burnt greases taste, when I requested to cancel the order, the girl inside sounded likea crazed maniac and the language worse than the crazed look....???????????? thinking they had a bad day we left after a refundonly to return a couple days later to a repeat performance. Although our order time was greatly diminished the food just as coldand likely repeats fries limp. and upon checking when we got back. Charged for 4 apple pies we never received... I smell another restaurant cutting people out of their McFlurry. Every time i order food at night i order the caramel cheesecake... ice crème thing online and they say they are out of ice cream when i get there. Anywhere i order online it won?t let you orderit if they are out. Why would this be different. Read more
I appreciate you reaching out, I went there on my lunch break to grab something fast. I love the voice activated ordering... process but when you order slushies or ice cream it's not registering correctly and does not tell you it's out and twice now Ihad to correct it and switch to something else and they never refund the difference in cost at either location I go to. Theyforgot our second slushie and asked me to drive around to the other pick up window and sat waiting for like 8 minutes for apartially melted drink. The burger was not the freshest and the lettuce and tomato made my bun soggy by the time I ate 10minutes later. The fries were fresh and hot and the worker apologized for our wait but I think its ridiculous to have to go backin line and have soggy and melted food while waiting on one slushie. They are 4 bucks each and for the cost should be ininsulated Styrofoam cups and be ice cold and fresh each time. Read more
If I could rate it 0 I would. Horrible service. Wildly rude women. I ordered online ahead and still waited outside the building... for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I had to walk in between cars to the drive thru window to speak to the lady. Iordered ahead for convenience of picking up my food and leaving. They had me standing in the sun for like 25 minutes. They now have an automated order taker. It's a complete let down. Three visits and three times order was made wrong. Time to... quit going to checkers. Update: (12/08/22) First time back. Used walk up window. Wish I knew the employee's name, but she wasthe one and only reason I came BACK. The fries were hot. Picnic area was acceptable. Read more
