Best location ever, we are from Orlando, any of that location there aren?t even close to Altamonte Location about good service,... taste and portion of the food are great and definitely the cleanliness at the store. All the waiters are good, like Makayla.Plus they have the best manager in Florida Mr. Louis ; we drove 30min every time we want Chilis but it?s worth the trip.Thanks2all!!! Read more
It is what it is, and it was what it was. Here's the issue, standing in line to get seated was ridiculously long considering... the sheer amount of empty booths and tables around us. We stood behind a party of 6, we were a party of 2. it took 15 minutes toget seated, 10 of which we didn't even see a host/server. Once we were seated, the service was dismal, not because they weren'ttrying but because they simply do...not..have...enough...staff. I don't blame the waitstaff, I blame management, or if its notmanagement then it's corporate. Understaffed, underworked employees is a big deal for a food service. They easily needed andextra wait staff member and from the looks of it, an extra cook in the back. When we see the manager come out from the kitchento handle a situation in an apron, you know it's bad. Food tasted fine however, and while we didn't get the chips and salsauntil our entrees arrived, everything seemed fine. Granted, both my wife and I are now at home running to the bathroom every 15minutes, so something didn't agree with either of us. In any case, I feel sorry for the staff at this location and hopecorporate gets a clue, if you need to pay more to staff up your location then you do what you must to maintain standards. Chili?s usually has good food at a die price and this one did as well. Picked up lunch to go and the beef was cooked perfectly.... The rice had excellent flavor as well. The person who took the order over the phone was pleasant. This Chili?s is located inAltamonte Springs off of 436 next to the Altamonte Springs Mall. Read more
Service was great, prices are always reasonable and Food was delicious... brought to the table Nice and Hot, had Fajitas, 3... choices of meat.. chicken, steak and shrimp. The waitress I believe Yesenia she said her name was, she was great and attentive. Read more
We had a good time. Food came out fast and the waitress was very nice. My mom and I got the 2 for 25. I got the honey Chipotle... chicken crispers. Had a free chips and salsa from my reward points. Skilet cookie is an awesome dessert. No complaints. Read more
When you go out to eat you expect there to be a standard. Today my standard was raised due to the exceptional service of Shaun... at Chili's. This guy should be the corporate trainer on how to perfectly serve a guest. From customer service, to knowledge ofthe menu, to overall care, this guys got it! Give this man a raise and a beer!
