This place is terrible probably the worst Chipotle I ever been too. First they always run out of drinks when they charge you for... that. Second, portion is TINY and taste not as good as others. Third, and this is the most ridiculous one, I want the corn onthe side and they charge for it without telling you!! No other chipotle ever did that before! And if you charge please give FULLportion to the customer! They won?t give you receipts and you are not able to use your membership and you are not allowing tocollect your point! Busy as hell. They did the best that they could do. Food came out 25 minutes past the mobile order app promised time. No biggie... I just played on my phone. Food was great and hot. Our first time at this Chipotle. Despite the reviews we decided to try it for ourselves. We really wanted try the new steak.... When we arrived there was only one other person waiting in line. They were out of regular steak, but we wanted to try the newGarlic Guajillo steak. The steak was very tasty, but we had to wait 10 minutes for it to be prepped. As we waited, started tolook around?tables were dirty, floors were dirty, a lot of fruit flies buzzing the soda machine. Our server was very friendlybut should have her very long hair in a net or under a hat. Every time she turned around her hair flung out around her. VERYdisappointed in Chipotle. I?m not sure what is going on here but this is not Chipotle! My food is horrible! Fire then all. The guac, the pico and my... chicken bowl was absolutely horrible. The first person who attended me was rude, treated me very sassy. I couldn?t hear her because it?s loud in here with the music,... people talking, the kitchen noises, the case barrier, AND she had a mask on. Asked for white rice and got brown rice. Asked for chicken and got pork. But the sticker has the correct order! So they have the... correct label and the food completely wrong? Like how hard can it be to give the correct order? Now I have leave work to go andbuy food because people do not know how to read instructions.
