At the moment they are under a remodel. I will visit again when it is done. Still a fun place for the kids to run around.

We bring our three children here for all three of their birthdays every year. The last two times have been very bad experiences.... Both were the same server, but it seems to be an establishment problem as none of the employees seem to want to be there .Thankfully, an employee from a closed down Chuck E. Cheese in Port Orange was there and she was able to salvage my daughter?sbirthday party. Her name was Marquette. She could tell that our experience was not going as planned, and did everything shecould do to correct it. But quite honestly, it couldn?t be salvaged. We got a late greet after our party was supposed to havealready begun, we barely ever saw our server mahogany? She was also our friends server a couple months ago when we were for themto have a party there. She has absolutely no personality, is very rude, extremely unattentive. She never went through theitinerary with us, and was delayed in every action after that. We barely saw her, and she hid in the corner behind the frontcounter the entire night. She was not interactive with the children, and should not be in the position that she holds. We havebeen having birthdays here for three kids for years and we?re planning on doing so until our kids were too old but after theseexperiences, we don?t know if we ever want to go back to Chuck E. Cheese and will no longer recommend them to our friends. Read more

So many great memories of my daughter growing up visiting Chuck E Cheese's. The first time she saw him she cried lol kids are... hilarious! We love the little ride that takes photos and prints them out. We even have some in my daughter's baby book lol. Ilove this place because it's perfect for little kids. Little kids are the best! This is the perfect place for little ones Read more

We came at the request of my 9 year old son. It was his birthday. I allowed it, as this was the place I came to when I was a... child... Back then it was Show-biz Pizza. This establishment really appears to have declined since then, but we made the best ofit! The arcade space here is small & cramped. There isn't much of a game selection. Multiple games needed maintenance. TheUnlimited play cards were convenient, but had to be swiped multiple times for the machine to work. Food prices were very high. Alarge pepperoni pizza(appears to be thin crust) was $18.50, plus $7 if you want a Supreme or Meat Lovers. Actual pizza shopsdon't charge those prices and you get better quality food with double or triple the amount. To show you how thin the pizzas are,my 9yr old & 6yr old sons ate a large by themselves! The pizza was not worth the money. Thankfully, they did cook it fresh. Wealso ordered French Fries. They were $3.50 and given to us baked not fried. We were not told of this ahead of time. This placeleave a lot to be desired. I will say, we did see Chucky and in our experience the staff was friendly to us. In my opinion, there are many other places to take your kids for their special day that would be a better choice. Read more

Here at the Altamonte Springs location. I've been coming here having parties for my kids for 28 yrs. No more after today!!! ... There are 4 people in the entire business. We showed up with 6 families for a birthday party for my 3 year old. We weretold we could not sit at the large 20 top tables because somehow splitting us up on 7 smaller booths creates less of a mess forthem to clean up. How does splitting the party up create less of a mess??????? We asked to speak to the manager (lady), she stood firm on her associates decision. She could not explain to me how it made sense either, but she was adamant. I wonder why the place is empty so often now.... Wrangling multiple groups of 2-6 yrs old children in 7 separate areas vs oneor two of the unoccupied larger tables (THAT ARE HERE FOR GUEST PARTIES). I assure you, does not make less of a mess. I wish Icould add pictures to this review so you could visually see how absurd this is. Also , this is my first google review. Usuallyi let stuff go, but a business that loses sight of why they are in business needs to be called out. I assure you, I willspread this message throughout my Church, Work, and personal groups (all of which have done MANY kids parties here. Read more

I'm rating it a four because my son and his friends had a great time and honestly that's what matters. However, I'm not thrilled... with some of the things that happened or didn't happen. We felt rushed, it felt very unorganized. Our server was all over theplace. We had a party there last year and last years server was very attentive and communicative. Today's server not so much..she tried her best but she was all over the place. I honestly felt very pressured. Which isn't what I expected. The amount wepaid I should of been able to relax but I felt so bad for my server I tried to step up to elevate things for her. I wasn't happyas soon as I walked in I was being asked ice cream flavors for my guest who hadn't even arrived yet. I wasn't thrilled my sonwas left in the ticket blaster machine as they were trying to work on it. Instead of asking him to step out. When a comment wasmade about him being left in there. We were told oh we can get him out but still left him in there. Then towards the end it wasa rush to clean our table the young man was trying to throw the take home cups out. My father in law stopped him and grabbed thecups. All in all besides feeling extremely rushed and some things not going the way we expected it to our son and his friendshad an amazing time. And when you have a young child who has been stuck at home and had been pulled from school due to an rareautoimmune illness. You appreciate the little things that make him happy. So I appreciate chuck e cheese for helping make hisbirthday special. I just wish it went better. Read more

Fun place to take the kids. I would say the games are more catered to children 12 and under. They gave pizza salad bar as well... as beef and wine for the adults. Play games win prizes and have good times with the family. This location is next to the CongoRiver in altamonte springs. Read more
