Great location. Close to I-4 & close to the mall. Mediocre service and food served not to temperature. Had to wait to find the... hostess. Even though there were only 2 other couples in the entire restaurant, even though it was lunch time. Management nonexistence. Waiter took order. Had runner serve it. Never came back to insure satisfactory food. Had to flag down another serverto find our server to refresh coffee. Breakfast Meat was served cold and a little raw. Management needs to step up. Make surecustomers are properly greeted. Check the pass and make sure food isn't sitting under the warmer & properly prepared. These aresome of the reasons this is a failing business. Read more
Good portion and serving. I like the degree of the toasted bread. Service is fast. Coffee are refillable however, our server is... too busy to ask us for a refill. otherwise, all are good. Read more
Maybe we just caught an off day but I?ve definitely had better Denny?s experiences. Food was very greasy and the oil or butter... they use tasted off. Also recieved the smallest portion of hash browns with my meal that I?ve ever gotten. It was equivalent to2 maybe 3 forkfuls. The bacon was sad too. Like I said, was probably just one of those days. Ordered a BLT club for pick up on my way to work, paid, tipped, picked it up and got to work opened my meal and it?s a Cali... club. This ha no BACON on it turkey instead. While the sandwich was good it was not what I asked for and of course being Sundayto busy to open order before leaving restaurant yes my bad but when you tell the person taking the order 3 times BACON, Lettuce,Tomatoe CLUB sandwich. I just don?t get it how someone can make this mistake. Finished ranting! Read more
It?s been years i came to US and didn?t had a chance to try Dennys before. So we thought to give it a try on our vacation visit... to Florida. Now the reason for my review stars is not only the quality of food but the service given to you by restaurant. Staffetc. We received best service from our server, she was very nice and made our day. The breakfast was good as well and not priceyat all. Kids also finished every bite of thier pancakes, me and wifey liked our sunny side up and scrambled eggs. All in allgood food and service. Guess what I had??....if you can't guess i'll tell you. For me to come in at 4:00 in the morning food to still be this good the... greece was not burnt and the flat top was well clean just by the look of my food i can tell, That the best place to or take outor dine in at 4:00 a.m. is this Denny's. This is one of our favorite places to have brunch. We always find something on the menu we like, whether it is their French... Toast, Veggie Omelet, or Pancakes. The place is always clean & the staff wear masks. We are fortunate enough to get the sameservers almost every time we go, either Nicole or Cynthia. They are both friendly and attentive. We never have to ask forrefills on our coffee. (March 2021) Read more
Dennys is that place you go to where you fond familiar foods at a great price and that's about it. But this location IMHO went... above and beyond that. I was there very late after my flight was late and the airport restaurants were closed. Our server was anextremely nice and doubled as our server. He didn't forget to check on on us after our food was served and even though was busywith many tables with customers never forgot about us for a second. Read more
