Person at counter taking orders was doing nothing but goofing around with the girl working there. Screwed up my coffee order... then was banging the machines around when he had to fix his mistake. Totally unprofessional and obviously not qualified. It wasearly Sunday morning and not that busy. Poor guy waiting for his plain coffee and some skim milk just looked at me and said wowunbelievable. THEY ARE THE WORST! I came to this location several times (since it is the nearest to me) hoping one of those times they'd cook... my food properly, but everytime i come they burn all my food. I've asked them to recook it please and they give me another burntbatch. This is ridiculous! Read more
Cashier didn't changed gloves between handling register transactions and grabbing the donuts and he didn't use a separate paper... for each flavor so I got a giant pile in a bag of 4 different flavors with fillings and toppings leaking all over each other. What terrible service! The line was literally out the door and the people that were working there, were only taking care of... takeout orders or people that were picking up that had ordered through DoorDash or Uber eats. Literally the customer service isout the door. How can you ignore the people that have been standing in line for half hour and only worry about the people thatare there to pick up?!
