I've really been a big fan of Huey Magoos for a long time. The problem is, the quality is starting to change. It used to be... super tender chicken with no gristle. I got the Magoo's sandwich as I always do. At the two other locations that I go to, I always have them toss the tenders in the... sweet heat. For some reason at this location, they girl who took my order said that they can't do it but gave me the sauce onthe side. I'm not sure what that was all about but I still enjoyed my sandwhich. Recently I went to this location at 9:20pm (they close at 10pm) and like other reviews the staff pretty much closed up the whole... restaurant already. Our food was old, cold and some refried and still cold and they automatically put our dine in order in takeout boxes. My husband wanted tea and the staff already dumped it. The staff even gave my husband a dirty look as he filled ourdrinks because she didn?t realize I was behind them. Once the manager seen we sat down to eat there she immediately went intothe back and turned the music off to make it even more uncomfortable and awkward to eat dinner. We go to this location the mostbut will not be returning to this site since it has gone downhill. I also reached out to corporate via their site and my husbandreached out via Facebook and as soon as they realized we had a complaint we got ghosted. Hand breaded tenders and fries with Magoo sauce is amazing, as Always! But the past few times I?ve went (over the span of a few... months) the coleslaw has been tasting off. I?m not sure what it is but it tastes ?chemical-y?. Oh and the whole purpose of?curbside pickup? is to not have to come inside the restaurant. If I wanted to come inside I would?ve chose that option. Youshouldn?t have to wait long especially when there?s huge windows that You can clearly see there is someone waiting. This was my first time here and I only tried it because Upside (app) had 25% cash back. The lady at the front counter was of no... help and when I said "Sorry, it's my first time here" she didn't say a word not offered to help. It was hard to hear her whenshe asked how I liked my chicken and bread for the chicken tender sandwich meal I ordered and she immediately raised her voiceand her tone was nasty. Not friendly at all. I also waited too long for my food (about 15 mins) which for a chicken tendersandwich I would say is below the standard for fast food. Finally, when I ate my meal I will say the seasoning for the frieswere nice touch and the sauce for the sandwich is what saved it.
