Poor experience. Delivery has never been based on time frame they say. Pizza continues to arrive cold. Waited so long for my... last order I called to cancel and just sat on hold for over 10 min. There are a ton of pizza joints around DO NOT ORDER FROMHUNGRY HOWIES. Read more
My husband and I ordered a pizza on the phone for our ?family movie and pizza night,? they said it would take 35 minutes and... after an hour and a half we called continuously and no one would answer the phone. So I?m making macaroni and cheese, 20 minutespast the kids bedtime since our pizza never showed up. Sooo frustrating. Read more
I ordered yesterday two cheese pizzas one is stuffed curst with garlic crust and the other is . not flavored crust I picked up... the order and when I return home I found both have black crust as in the pictures and both are not flavored and the stuffedcrust one had a very thick crust and it is clear in the pictures.In addition the people there was not nice to us at all and theymade I lot of mistakes when they take the order from us and after that every thing was wrong. This location has the BEST!! Pizza ever. Always delicious and just what we ordered. People are friendly and helpful when... placing my orders. Always get it right. The drivers are timely and friendly as well. They all seem to work hard and want to doa good job. With so many small businesses closing, I hope this location can weather the storm and stay in business for a longlong time. Gotta have my Hungry Howies. Love it!! Read more

So today was the worst experience I?ve ever experienced with a Hungry Howie?s in Altamonte Springs I called the front desk... receptionist and asked her about my order that I placed online she told me oh your order is on its way unfortunately that wasnot the case my order was an hour and 34 minutes later and I was informed by the driver that he had got my calls seven minutesago that is bad for business and when I called the manager who is actually the owner of the store he had no clue what to do orwhat to say pertaining to the situation you could have just been honest so unfortunately you guys will be loosing a customer andyou guys are one of our favorite pizza places you could have just been honest instead of lying and hanging up on me three timesand putting me on hold each time for three minutes at a time. And it is sad to say that the only honest person that works at thejob is the delivery driver who was excellent by the way. If I could give them a zero stars I definitely would. Not the best hungry howies I've had. Way too much sauce for "regular sauce" and not enough cheese for just a plain cheese pizza.... The crust also used to be so perfect, never overcooked or burnt or crunchy. And the parm crust? Used to have so much flavorbaked into the crust, now just tastes like they sprinkled a bit of parm on the crust right at the end AFTER they take it out ofthe oven. Read more
