My family love's Papa Diesel's. We get food from them on a regular basis we even had them cater a large party for us everything... worked out perfect. Tasty!! We had food to southern hills farm in clermont, they are they even weekend. That corn muffin must have something... addictive in it, it was SO good. Gouda mac n' cheese was tasty even though I like more baked mac n' cheese. Have a good portionof pulled pork, I wish they made their own bbq sauce. The brussel spouts and bacon was good, spouts were tender but needed to beeaten with the bacon for taste. All in all very tasty. Would definitely eat from there again. Read more
Solid bbq! Can?t count how many times I?ve had sad, tough/dry brisket but here it was really tender and had that easily pulled... apart texture. The flavor was good too and there was a nice balance of lean and fatty pieces. The pulled pork wasn?t mindblowing, it was a bit tough but it was decent. The ribs were moist, also tender but a little salty. The cornbread had greatflavor but it was on the dryer side and the beans were yummy. Wish everything was sauced instead of the packaged bbq sauce.
