Food was perfect. Staff was pretty polite. They possibly need more staff because they did seem a bit overworked.

If you're counting on Pizza you might not get it. We Ordered Pizza at 5:59. Order was supposed delivered in 45 mins called at... 7:38. Order hadn't even been started. Said they'd give a discount and Pizza would be there in 45 mins. We thought okay, cool...called again at 8:20 cuz the order said it hadn't been started yet still. Then on the phone the manager said it was canceled andthey would have to put it in as a new order and it would take 2hours because they couldn't put our order in front of othercustomers... even though we were a customer over 2hours again. So over what... 5hours for pizza and wings... wow. We weren'tangry or argumentative, just wanted to check to see why it was taking so long. Manager was rude. Just wanted to make sure otherpotential customers were warned of the service. Delivery drivers in the past have always been good. Just seems certainmanagement may need improvement. Read more
FIRST AND LAST. Ordered wings and waited for two hours, kids were hungry. Called their store and was placed on hold a few times... and finally got through, told them we would go straight and pick them up. Took us FIVE minutes to receive our order. Their"Pizza Hut" light was out of their building that we had a hard time finding the place. Ate around 10:45 PM at last. Would notrecommend this place. Read more
My experience tonight was wonderful. I tried the new spicy pizza and a couple other items. Each was cooked perfectly and... delivered promptly. Kudos to the delivery driver for courteous and professional service. I wish I had taken his name, but he isan African American gentleman. I will certainly consider this location first in the future. It is perplexing this store has been able to provide such poor customer service for so long. We love(d) Pizza Hut - until we... began ordering from this store. The first time we ordered, despite being about 2 miles away, delivery took over an hour. Whenthe pizzas arrived they looked like they had been dropped. I posted pictures on their FB thinking I would hear back fromsomeone. I did not. (In this store's defense, I apparently posted on the wrong Pizza Hut's page.) Months later we decided togive them another try. I asked if anyone was willing to give me their phone number so I could text the pictures from ourprevious order - to understand why I was stressing that our order be delivered in good condition. Nobody wanted to give outtheir number so when the driver arrived (late) with our order, I showed him the pictures. He said it looked like someone hadpulled out in front of the previous delivery driver, causing the pizzas to go flying, which was completely out of the driver'scontrol. That second order was cold, but edible, so we ate and decided we probably wouldn't order in the future unless we werehaving a food emergency. A few months later, that food emergency happened, and we nervously placed an online order. We weresurprised to see delivery time was quoted as 20 - 30 minutes. After 45 minutes we called the store. We were told they wereextremely busy but our order would be on the way shortly. Our order finally arrived. However, when we opened the boxes, despitethe receipt reflecting our correct order, the food was completely wrong. I called the store and after much time on hold I spoketo someone who had to transfer me to the correct store. The employee apologized and asked if I wanted my order remade. I statedthere was no other option as I do not eat meat and both pizzas had meat on them. She said our order would be out soon and SHEWOULD SEND IT OUT AT NO COST.
