It?s sad to say but I NEVER have a good experience here. Every time I come, my order ALWAYS, when I say always?I mean always... gets messed up. Then when I call to try to speak with a manager no one ever answers the phone. So I always have to come back inperson and complain! The first time was when I asked for no pickles on a Cuban sandwich also no pork & they gave me pork anywayand they gave me pickles. The second time was when I asked for no beans on a Tropi chop, they gave me beans and an extra sideof beans in the bag? The list goes on and on. It?s an inconvenience to always have to waste gas and come back to this place tocomplain and ask for my order to be remade it?s really not that hard. Bad customer service. Hire new people. I don?t know whatneeds to be done but this is unacceptable!!!! Read more

Your cashier was very nice and even had a smile, you dinning room indeed was clean. Keep up thegreat work, you earned the 5 stars. Went to Pollo Tropical in Altamonte Springs this evening and left super disappointed. I ordered the 1/2 chicken dinner with the... rice and beans plus 1 side. As you see in my picture attached to this...it was $9.99. The cashier then broke the news that theprice displayed on the menu is no longer valid and that I would have to pay separately for each side. I asked to speak tomanager and she was unwilling to honor the menu or propose a solution. So I asked for a refund. This is deceptive businesspractices and they should not put a price change into effect until they change the menus first!
