I do like Taco Bell, but not on this day. It was not a good day for Taco Bell. 1). The drive thru could not take any orders due... to lack of staff. 2). You had to place your own order on 2 computer screens on the wall behind all the customers waiting. 3). Isuggested they put a closed sign or a safety cone at the entrance, so customers knew it wasn't open. Guess what? That's againstCompany Policy. They would rather inconvenience every drive-thru customer and trap them in a line that is backed up. 4.) Theyshorted my order, which was upsetting to me. The staff was friendly as usual. But what would have been a quick trip, turned intoalmost 45 minutes. Next time we want Taco Bell, I will call first to see if the drive-thru is up and running. Read more

I feel so incredibly bad for the people that work there. They are so understaffed that it is a miracle they don't all quit. They... deserve a huge raise. It took 25 min to get my order and they were working non stop. It is, in no way, their fault that they areso behind. My brother worked in Taco Bell as his first job and had twice the people with half the orders. Taco Bell corp willnot let you cancel an order that is paid for. Shame on you Taco Bell.
