Went through drive through. Ordered my food but the lady instructed me if I got it another way I will save like $3 but get two... extra biscuits one extra piece of meat n a drink. Thank u. I?m giving them a break. They are very popular I was in line 10min or more and the others behind stayed still their time. I... guess ?Love that chicken from Popeyes? was working for them. The thing that, left them one star from 5?? was my order was wrongand the young man that took my order didn?t think to save ?have a great day? or something after handing me my order. Tried tocall but, they don?t answer the phone. My daughter says?They are one of those restaurants that, don?t bother to answer thephone.? After running my errand I did return, they did correct my order without issues. This time they did alert us to certainpieces of chicken wasn?t available. That?s fine with me, just let me know. This Popeyes was great...but no butter for biscuits & the mashed potatoes. But it's a small price to pay for good chicken.. Have... always loved their chicken. It was a perfect experience at this Popeyes. They were on spot..employees were absolutelyfantastic, the food was great. Enjoyed the experience and hope when I'm able to go back I have the same experience. They do needto fix their leaking roof/ceiling. By far the worst experience with popeyes..this was the meal we received without 3 regular sides that was missing out of the... order. We called the restaurant the manager just said well online orders do just sit around! All i could do is laugh because nomatter how long this sat around theres no excuse for the burning of the food!
