Would give 0 if given the option... On 9/28/21 I placed a delivery order online and tipped well and everything, supposed to be... to my office within 30-35 minutes, I am waiting and waiting and waiting and realize I never received an email on my order, butchecked my account and money came out. After an hour I called the location and was told that corporate shut down the deliverysystem blah blah, so glad I waited around for nothing and they held money and said for me to call my bank and explain I neverreceived my order, and that the store couldn't refund me.... What kind of Customer Service is that? Not a here is a free mealfor the inconvenience or even I am sorry, pretty much was too bad so sad. Read more

Ordered a Cali steak bowl. Instead of getting what I actually wanted they literally just put either chicken or turkey on it.... Completely different bowl, also the fact that I?m pregnant and really wanted it made it that much worse. But non the less I ateit despite the fact that due to hormones I wanted to cry. Also didn?t want to be that person and send my fiancé back with itwhen he was trying to do something nice for me in the first place. Either way. This place deserves no stars. I ordered a hot sub. After returning home I realized the hot sub was actually cold and the meat... had not been heated up, it was straight from the fridge. I returned to the store only to be rudely told they would not remakemy sub but would instead microwave the whole sub including the vegetables. This would ruin the vegetables! I left the storewith 2 inedible subs that I paid over 17$ for. This will be the last time I order from this terrible place. Read more

First walk in at 8:45pm they are to be opened until 10:00pm. The so called manger said they are closed with the doors unlocked... and sign on and rude about it. Called the district manager and said someone went home with Covid but than changed his story thatworker didn?t show up snd they are so under staff. Here?s a suggestion close that site and won?t have to worry about staffingsince you don?t want customers choosing your place to eat at. Read more

I am completely disappointed with this service! My father and myself waited 20 minutes including two others behind in line while... a lady in dreads took her sweet time who maybe happened?s to be maybe 19 years old, serve a gentleman giving him two subways andeverything else not even checking up on us, or others, then she let him have two subway for free, she told us the connection wasdown! But she didn?t serve us yet she served the gentleman and let him get away with 2 foot long sub! Unprofessional! She needsto step up her game because I was going to give her a 15% tip now she missed out! My father and myself along with two otherswere very angry with her! I hope the manager sees this because this is the first time in 6 years that I have gone there andthis happen! Absolutely ridiculous. Went in before work for subway and nobody employeed was behind the sandwich bar. After waiting 2 minutes... with people waiting behind us and the Uber Eats notifications going off, I said "hello? Anybody working today?" No answer. Myboyfriend looked at the door and saw someone behind the door but they weren't coming out or acknowledging us. We didn't havetime to wait on his time so you lost customers to five guys. ???? Our server Aisha let us know that a discontinued sandwich that still had coupons out until the 23rd could not be honored on... another sub because she did not have the ability to ring it up. After continuing to try to order we noticed she was upset aboutour complaint over the coupon and snapped at us over the situation. She kept asking us if we wanted anything else in an angrymanner and then proceeded to pulverize the salad we were trying to purchase aggressively. When we decided to walk out I heardher speak to the other person in the store while customers were in their talking about the situation and how horrible we were.Completely unprofessional. I went in, to order a couple of sandwiches. It wasn't busy, just me and one other person. I had to wait about 10mins for the... person working to restock the line. No big deal. When she was done, her whole demeanor was really rude. When she was donemaking the sandwiches, she put them in the bag, and literally slid the bag across the counter towards me. The service was awful.My first and last time there. Next time, I'll go a few miles up the road to the next Subway. I've NEVER had a bad experiencethere. Read more
