sauce too thin and oily

Will never order from this place. Salad was lettuce & crutons with about a 1/4oz of dressing. 2 people ordered Chicken Parm. It... was okay but there was no cheese. No parm, no mozzerella. Jyst breaded chicken with an acidic sauce. The spaghetti was soundercooked it crunched when my daughter tried to eat it. My Penne was so ivercooked it was practically mush. Neither of uscould finish. There are many good and a few great Italin places in the area. Avoid this one at all costs. Read more

Guy working the place walked away and ignored me while I tried to order - just kept making garlic knots.

I work in the mall and they no longer give The mall staff discount. register person ringing Items wrong , me and my coworker got... the same thing the one week and got charged two different prices. Another time I was there on my hour lunch and I?m waiting forthem to take my order the young kid who?s taking orders is just standing in front of the oven and talking to a his coworker, &checking his phone. I use to love this place, New owners i believe. I know i will be ordered from out the mall going forward.Good luck. Read more

Food here is really good !! I got a slice of supreme pizza, it was massive !! The staff is extremely friendly and the food is... hot and fresh!! They have a wide variety of stuff to choose from, pizza, pasta, salads etc. if your in the Altamonte mall andcraving Italian check this place out!! Read more

The one I visited was located in the Turkey Lake Travel Plaza. They serve Italian Specialties. One of my favorites is a double... pepperoni pizza. The service her is superb. Your server is very attentive to your every need. I highly recommend you to spendyour nite out for dinner here. Read more

I usually don?t write bad reviews for burnt food and i ignore it mistakes happen. But we went there and we ordered a big pizza... and it was all burnt from the bottom so i told him tha it was burnt and to be careful for future reference and he said that itcame out from the oven that way!!! Ok it?s jot the first time we eat pizza. And despite the fact that two people refilled theirdrinks infront of me i went to tell him add ice because it was hot and he tossed away and after that said that i have to pay foranother drink!!
