Walked in at 7.30pm Although the restaurant wasn't busy at all & I did not see anyone working on carry out orders, the employees... ignored me completely as I waited to place a to go order. They were ignoring the few patrons as well. They were busy joking witheach other. I tried to be understanding, but 20 minutes was my limit. I walked away without even ordering. Also, a printed pagetaped by the register informs that all carry out orders will cost you 40% extra. It says 2O% is added to every carry out orderto give to the employees PLUS an additional 20% is added to each carry out order to cover the cost of supplies. I was shocked.(There's a professional sign that says the same, only it stares 10%, glued by the register. This one is just paper & the 20% isscribbled over "10%".) That is outrageous. We came to eat. But when we walk in the lady told us sorry we don't have a cook. So we can't sever you. This was the second time... that this location didn't have a cook. I guess they really didn't want our services. Read more
Glad my fiancé and I chose tonight to have Waffle House! Mary, Jen & Amber (The Dynamic Trio) really care about the customers.... Jen, cooked our food quickly & to perfection. I?m of the belief that you cannot go wrong with Waffle House ever. This location is smaller than most, but the employees here... are some of the friendliest i?ve ever seen at a waffle house. This is also the only Waffle House where i?ve seen a RockstarGrill Operator. The team here is efficient and even at their busiest, I don?t have to wait long to get a quality meal. If anyone saw my initial review, I had to delete it because I was wrong. Our trip to this waffle house was more than delicious,... it was nostalgic and it sparked a life-decision conversation about returning to the south. They were busy but very efficient. I had a new weightier who was learning and he did a great job. I recommend going here for... sure. I was checked on more than one time by people that weren?t my actual server. Had the Fiesta Omelet with mushrooms anddouble hash browns scattered smothered covered and diced. 5/17/2022 Update: Visited today for breakfast. All appeared to meet my WH expectations. It was especially nice to see Amanda... transformed for any potential WH pictures. She even cooked my three egg ham and cheese omelet with smothered and peppered hashbrowns, which was a special treat for me!!! This location deserves 5 Stars, but this is the second time I have been here towitness in person the folks ?Dressed in all Black? making their presence known. I?m guessing they are from HQ?s??? Either way,they certainly do not set good examples for the folks that do deserve the 5 Stars for day in and day out commitment to makingthis place a pleasure to visit. I am just thankful that the regulars cooked my delicious meal prior to ?Amanda? clearing thegrill area so she could prepare her own breakfast with her own hands and unkempt hair. Very limited & overpriced menu. Music was extremely loud and employees were too busy talking amongst themselves to even check to... see if my food was ok and if I needed a drink refill. Also watched employees taking turns going outside to a car where they weresmoking marijuana. Don't waste your time or money. Read more
