I don?t usually write reviews but I felt this review would be helpful in assisting in better training procedures for managers.... On 9/3/22, my best friend and I stopped at this Wawa to buy 14 bags of ice for a party. We paid first at the self checkout, Ibought 7 bags, my best friend bought 7 bags. When we parked our trucks we noticed big ice coolers on the right side of thebuilding so upon paying we went out to get our ice but we were informed by a Wawa employee that the ice was inside near the atmso we went back inside and grabbed our ice. Upon exiting the store we were following by Nick (AGM) who proceeded to pull out hisphone and record me in my truck, maybe get my license plate, whatever. So I parked my truck and I approached Nick asking himwhat his problem was. I showed him my receipt and even FaceTimed my friend who had just left so he could show his receipt forthe 7 bags. I ask Nick why he had been recording me and his response was ?I was just trying to scare you?. Why would a managertry to intimidate a paying customer? Why would he record a paying customer? Why wouldn?t he just check the self checkout paymentlog before accosting a paying customer? I own a well known commercial plumbing, hvac and electrical company with a fleet ofnearly 40 vans. I spend on average north of $100k/mo on fuel and I will ensure that Wawa no longer gets a dime of that. Call itpetty, I call it consequence. Read more
Great spot..great sandwiches cheap. Decent prices..gas price not bad compared to be others like 7-11
Ordered an Italian sub. Got it home and all that was on it was lettuce cheese and the extra pepperoni that I paid $1.50 more... for. I would have given this place zero Stars if possible. Garbage service Read more
The food is terrible. This is like the 3rd time that I have ordered from there after vowing to never return. I just got a bagel... which I have to ask to cut in half every time (why don?t they cut their bagels?? So this AMAZING girl here makes THE best cappuccino EVER!!! She's up in there making this stuff look like a work of art!! Her... name is Tye (? On spelling)!! I recommend if you see her working, if you don't usually get drinks, do it that day!! She puts somuch passion into her work!! She's on the top of the list for us there!!
