I come here all the time coming off from work for 2 main things. 1. The food that I can get at great price 2. Great customer... service and hospitality Deen is really awesome and very nice, She always ask how are you and with a awesome customer service shealways ask if you like a receipt and a bag and if you say yes her reply is "Sure can do" with a happy smile, this is greatcustomer service for me, and I always enjoy when Lori makes my food, she takes the time to make my food to perfection and withgreat speed I receive my food hot fresh and so delicious that I enjoy coming back here. I always go here for my ice coffee n service is great. BUT TODAY I'm very upset, I ordered my coffee went to pay for it , the... lady w the bandana n red shirt cashed me out , gave me a bag for the other item I purchased. Went to pick up my ice coffee n thelady there said , you have to pay for it. I told her I just paid for it n she said no u did not. Another lady came up n she saidthe lady at the register said she did not ring me up. I said I will show u on my account that I paid. The lady looked up myticket n said, oh I think you did pay for it. The people at this wawa are so sweet and do such an amazing job! My job always orders from Wawa since it?s the only thing really... open for overnight shifts and we always have a good experience. There?s always cute little jokes on our cups and they writewhich drink is which on the cups as well which helps a lot because we always have big orders. I went tonight and had 2 bags offood and 2 drink carriers and one of the workers literally took some of my stuff to my car with me so I wouldn?t have to makemore trips. I really appreciate their kindness and love how fast they are! Read more
This location is plagued with people trying to sell you stuff out side the store. Store managers need to stop allowing the... solicitation on this property. I?ve been going to Wawa all week and this particular location is fine with the exception of thesolicitation that occurs. I walked in someone asked if I had a cigarette, walking out someone else was asking me for money. Verydisappointing that the manager doesn?t do stuff about the begging in front of the store. This location always seems to run out of popular food items but never takes them off the ordering kiosks, so you only find out... after you've paid that the thing you ordered is unavailable. Then it's on you to go back to the register for a refund and ordersomething else. So they waste twice as much of your time and you end up leaving without what you wanted. It's simple, and otherWawa locations don't seem to have a problem with it: when you run out of something, take it off the menu. Read more
