1st I know there is a shortage on employees and with that being said: The young lady that took my order was super nice She... took my phone order and said about 20 minutes that was fine When I arrived the place was not busy inside the restaurant She wentto get my pizzas and remembered that she never put my order in. I could tell she was very new to this probably 1st job. I toldher it was fine , she said it would be about 20 minutes again and we could set at a table, we decided to pay and go wait in thevehicle she was really sorry and said she would bring it to my vehicle when ready. ( I am handicapped but I still try towalk) After 30 minutes and no pizza. I want back inside A man( maybe the owner ) asked me what I needed ( very sharp) I told himI ordered 2 pizzas over one hour ago and wanted to see if they were ready. He replied they just left with someone else. I askedto have my money returned. He said he no , he had two pizzas I told him again just refunded my money again her said that he hadtwo pizzas he would go get them , I again said no. And told him we had phone in a order and drove 20 minutes and was told I wasnot placed in the kitchen and waited 30 minutes more to find out that our pizza was given to someone else. I told him I wouldleave a Google review and after eating this pizza I would not return to this place again. It was cheese on a crust no tomatosauce Just cheese. The owner got mad when I said I was going to leave a review but never once said sorry about my wait orthe mix up. All this could have been handled by just refunded my money and I would have went to Pizza Hut ( last choice) Ipersonally would not waste your money there. The food was not great on our last visit. The bread was salty and the salad and spaghetti were sitting in water. The fries were... not salted at all. We ordered takeout and they told us it would take 30 minutes. As we live 20 minutes away we waited a fewminutes before leaving. When we got there the food should have been done. We went in to get the food and ended up waitinganother 20+ minutes. A review was posted in another place and the owner basically called us liars about the time it took to getour food....
