Made a specialty King burger for me and I swear, it was the absolute best burger I've ever had from BK. It had 2 patties, onion... rings, BBQ sauce and what tasted like a truckload of cheese (because it was so full of melty goodness)! So good! Read more
This is unfortunately one of the worst fast food places in Alton. The staff are often rude, and mistakes are often made with... orders. We've tried this place several times, and simply will not go back. We live just down the road, but when we want BK,we'll be going to the Wood River location. This one is just too poorly run. The sad thing is I normally get good service at this location. However, tonight was a very different story. I ordered the same... thing I always order, two original chicken sandwichs with tomato, cheese and pickles. What I received was sad. Update: Like Inoriginally stated, I normally receive decent service from this Burger King. I went back on 04/26/2019, and spoke with themanager Tiffany. She did not attempt to spin or make excuses. Drove over an hour to try the Impossible Whopper, and it did not disappoint! Burger King is awesome for doing a trial run of... vegan burgers in the STL area.
