Would give higher stars but the quality of food is sub par compared to 50 years ago ! Your shakes use to be #1 bar none nor so... much anymore tacos use to be the best even over taco bell now it's just a greasy cold mess . What has happened to quality infast food these days is shameful. Read more
tacos were filled 99.9% with lettuce and my curly fries were rock hard. i usually have only good experiences at this one but... tonight was different i would NOT recommend going to this jack n the box unless you want hard and gross food. i?ve never beenthis mad over $16 in my life. Read more
I'm always honest & fair when reviewing a place, because literally, Reviews can either commend or damage the reputation of a... business but Sadly I haven't many good things to say about this Jack in the Box in particular. Their drive through headsetspeakers are needing replaced,or the people taking the orders messed up then they're just deaf. The food usually is justslapped together when the order is right. The shake machine usually isn't working on a consistent basis. But The workers arenice and friendly usually we usually so that's a plus plus because of that I'm going to give it a 2 star but really it shouldonly be a one. Read more
Ordered 2 Jr jumbo jacks and got two buns with just toppings no meat. Don't know how you miss that. Check your order before... leaving. Read more
They give you sodas that are carbonated not even the right soda they don?t put the cheese they put very little lettuce very... little meat on their tacos and no sauce at all very rude when you call up there to let them know what?s going on they want tohang up on you I will not be going back to them again. And if I could I give them a -5 stars because I do not even deserve a onestar and unfortunately you have to give them at least a one star to get a Photos but on here. Read more
Had a pretty good Jack In the Box late night experience. I used to go to this one pretty often before moving. I went with... someone who had not been to Jack In The Box before. We ordered the tacos (with the buttermilk ranch of course) and the newfully loaded fries, and they were both hot and amazing! Everyone who knows knows that it's all in the timing. So it's reallyjust a matter of getting lucky, but they really did an excellent job this time! Read more
Everything is cold and dry. From the time I was handed my food till I got home was a total of 3-5 minutes. From Washington and... college to 400 yrds behind Fast Eddie's Bon Air. Then they have the nerve to act like I am in the wrong. Go back up and thegrease on the floor in the dining area turns the floor into an ice rink. The lady at the counter smells like a carton ofcigarettes and the tips of her nails black with dirt. What happened to management keeping policy and enforcing it. Will notreturn to this place. Every time I have attempted to go into this store, I am simply not able to. There has always been an employee parked in the... accessible parking- or in the access spot next to it! I have spoken to two separate managers, 'Alexis' and 'Holly', both wereadamant that not only was this allowed, they both referred to the spot as 'Manager Parking'. When I tried to talk to them aboutit, I was called ableist slurs until I left. I had been using the drive-thru, but I just found out that I have been banned fromthe store over raising my concerns. After being informed of this, the employee ran out of the store to approach my vehicle,threaten me, and spit on my face. Jack in the Box has made it abundantly clear that they have no concern for their disabledcustomers and they are not welcome at Jack. Read more
