Absolutely terrible and completely unwelcoming service. The girl who took my order was blatantly rude and one of the worst... experiences with service i?ve ever encountered. I couldn?t understand what she was saying the first time so I proceeded to askfor her to repeat what she said, nicely, and she snapped back. I don't actually hate Jimmy John's. Their service is amazing, and the food is also really good. I'm just giving them a 1 star... review because me and my friend is arguing over Subway or Jimmy Johns and I choose Subway and he chose Jimmy Johns. The food isn?t bad when they actually tell you your order is ready. Also they open and close whenever they want this strongly... played into my rating. This is Regardless of posted hours. I tried this Jimmy John's location a few months ago and while my sandwich tasted just like I expected? I feel like the price was... just too high. Jimmy's has always been a little on the expensive side for a sub shop, IMO -- but they have a unique taste(mostly due to the bread they use, I think). Sometimes, they hit the spot as just what I'm in the mood for. But yeah -- I justremember getting the total at the drive-up window and thinking, "Ouch... Is that even right?
