I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I love any company that can be accountable and this isn't one of them. I have been a... fan of Little Caesars for years, ever since I was little l, so one night I decided to get delivery for my girls. Never again.First of all I didn't know they used Door Dash for delivery. I ordered 40 dollars worth of pizza after taxes and fees(theoriginal cost was 27.95. Yet when my pizza was scheduled to arrive I received a text that my order was cancelled from DoorDash. They(Little Caesars) had already charged my card in the app so I called the restaurant and they told me someone had pickedup my order and that was nothing they could do. So then it gets even better because you stay on hold with Door Dash for hoursjust for them to tell you to call Little Caesars customer service hotline. After 45 minutes I get a rude agent who says sherefunded my money and gave me what was supposed to be a confirmation number. She didn't ask what happened or even say the amountI had to ask. Just my name. Needless to say, I never got my refund. I was a patron for over twenty years, I will not ever eatfrom a Little Caesars again. We called ahead our order once we got there we waited 15 min in-drive thru before anyone came to window no one was ahead of us... then we paid it took another 15 min to get a single pepperoni pizza it was suppose to be Light sauce I?m sure it had extra sauceand was soggy we had to throw the whole pizza away Read more

This place is slow..had to pull over and wait for our order..not many people around..but we had to wait a while..pizza was dried... out, the sausage over cooked and hard, I was wondering if the forgot the cheese. Meat only in the middle of the pizza.. mostlydried out crust. Read more
The pizza I get here is usually good. Hot and freash. I usually only get the one topping to go but I wanted to splurge a little... so I got the 5 meat. I asked for extra sauce because I thought they were making it fresh but I dont believe they did. It lookedlike they just threw on 4 toppings over the pepperoni and gave it to me... Sometimes they are slow other times they are slower. We typically just go to Godfrey plus this store does not carry salads. The... staff is usually very friendly but they don't move very quick. Plus the hot and ready is hot and almost ready. Read more
I love pick-ups from here. I have never had to wait longer than the projected Ready Time, and I have never had to handle a... customer with an incorrect or unsatisfactory order. The staff is abundantly friendly, and my dog has developed some very deepfeelings for a particular worker. The people in the store all very much deserve both raises and extra help. Read more
