The food was fine. The service was kinda slow. There is no drink machine in the dining area to get your own and the staff are... too busy to do refills (on the drink that was mostly ice the first time). I stop here daily on my way to work and order just about the same thing every time. My order is easy, LG Caramel Iced Coffee.... Some days I change it up and add an apple fritter to the mix. I've never gotten anything from this place in which I haven'tordered. I'm sorry to hear other people's reviews about color, or slow employees, or lack of customer service skills. I howeverdid go there today and this gentleman tried to give me what was supposed to be a LG Caramel Iced coffee, and if you know what itlooks like then when I describe this you will too know how wrong it was. It looked like the muddy Mississippi river was scoopedinto a cup and ice thrown on it. I said to him that it doesn't have cream in it. He then asked me how much cream I wanted in it.I did in the end get what I asked for but c-mon. This is one of the most popular drinks at McDonalds so if you don't know how tomake it then get trained on it before you try to serve something like this to someone else. Most of the reviews I have read onhere are from entitled people. Or people that think they are entitled. If these associates came to your job what would they haveto say about you. Maybe you all should think about that before you write things and leave 1 star reviews. Read more
I was at Jacoby Arts Center and my health was steadily declining. Excusing myself I came to this particular McDonalds. I didn't... know what to expect. But, that it seemed pristine looking, I had some hope. Despite a slow start and a slight mixup, thisparticular location was ripe with freshly cooked food, with the fries being tasty if not prone to getting cold too quickly. But that was due to my attempts to stay focused. I would definitely come eat there again. Read more
Complete waste of a day thank you Ronald. I stopped in to use restrooms and grab drinks for my family. The bathrooms are nice.... The rest of the place was a nightmare. We spent 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. Completely unorganized company. I'll will use yourrestrooms. That's about all this place is good for. Read more
The food was good, but the they didn't give us what we ordered. Why is it that a person of color sometimes always get screwed... when out spending there money. And we said something about it to the young lady that brought our food. But nothing was doneabout it. Read more
Went there for lunch ordered a number seven large with sweet tea and a bacon McDouble and large fry got the order no bacon so I... took it back in the cashier leaves the area and leaves me standing there I had to get loud so somebody come out and deal with itand when I got the replacement they even handed it to me and said they can McDouble no ketchup it had ketchup on it if I cangive him a zero star they get 0 it'd be zero I said zero Read more
Am not impressed with how this restaurant have forgotten about it took the customer to build it up, while now they serve us slop... and no good customer service.
