Terrible customer service!! Ordered a meal received no fries. I was told to pull up to next window to wait on mcnuggets. Saw... five cars pull up to get their food before I had to call asking status of my food. It was brought out cold to me and the personhad rude attitude. Read more
Dinning room looks like it has not been cleaned in two days. Trays with food on them sitting on tables. Drink fountain sticky... and full of ketchup. No napkins. Every table has nasty all over them. This McDonald's is the worst one. It's across from the hospital in granite city illinois. This location should be shut down. If... you have a food allergy and you tell them not to put something on a burger and they do it anyway now you have a food poisoning.I called and the managers act like they don't care. This happened several times i don't go to this McDonald's. Go to the otherone on Johnston road much better. Read more
