Terrible customer service!! Ordered a meal received no fries. I was told to pull up to next window to wait on mcnuggets. Saw... five cars pull up to get their food before I had to call asking status of my food. It was brought out cold to me and the personhad rude attitude. Read more
Dinning room looks like it has not been cleaned in two days. Trays with food on them sitting on tables. Drink fountain sticky... and full of ketchup. No napkins. Every table has nasty all over them. When I said something to the workers their responsewas??we don?t have a frontline worker? well then someone from the back line needs to clean!!! Read more
This McDonald's is the worst one. It's across from the hospital in granite city illinois. This location should be shut down. If... you have a food allergy and you tell them not to put something on a burger and they do it anyway now you have a food poisoning.I called and the managers act like they don't care. This happened several times i don't go to this McDonald's. Go to the otherone on Johnston road much better. Read more
Came to the speaker to order, girl said to order and was perfectly fine. After the first thing I order I was told "hold on" and... wasn't talked to for about 2.5 to 3 minutes tops. Then, when I got to the second window the girl handed me my food, and 1 out of3 drinks, walked away, noticed I was still there and I told her I'm missing two more drinks. She goes, grabs one of the drinks,gives it to me and then walks away. I was still missing a drink so I stayed and waited before she finally came back over andgave me the last drink. I don't want to hold that against her because we all make mistakes, but please work on that. Lastly, Igot home with my food and ate about half of my sausage burrito before I noticed a black hair in it. Couldn't finish it, will notbe eating at this location again. You are a fast food place, your food NEEDS to not have hair, jewelry or anything other thanwhat we ask for in it. Do better. Read more

My grandmother was craving a burger, so I offered to buy us all lunch. We ordered the cheeseburger and 20 nuggets bundle for my... son and niece, and the 2a and 2c quarter pounder meals for grandma and I. Fries were great. Regular cheeseburgers and nuggetswere fine. Both quarter pounders were raw...like disgustingly raw. They were basically browned on both sides and tossed on abun. My grandmother can't see very well right now due to glaucoma and a burst blood vessel in her right eye causing temporaryblindness in that eye, so when I noticed my burger was raw in the middle, I immediately told her to show me hers. It was evenmore raw than mine. I called the restaurant and told them and a nice girl named Katie apologized and asked if I could bring theburgers back. While certainly an inconvenience, I sure wasn't gonna eat it the way it was, so I agreed to bring the burgers backfor replacement. The girl in the drive-thru was nice and said she'd go get a manager. The manager didn't even speak to me atall. No apology, not even a word. Then the girl took my burgers that Katie had asked me to bring back and said she'd toss themfor me. I didn't expect a red carpet roll out, but management certainly needs to speak with customers when there's issues likethis. It's not only disgusting, but raw hamburger can cause serious illness. To not even get an apology from the manager justadds insult to injury. They did replace the burgers and give me a new order of fries since I would be going back to cold fries. Read more
