I ordered a papadilla online and this is what it looks like. BBQ chicken bacon and there?s no my even any BBQ sauce on it, just... looks disgusting. I?m told they can?t refund it but they can give me a credit which I say ?fine I?ll just do that and share myexperience with some pictures? and then the person on the phone said ?actually, I won?t be doing that for you? and hungup. I ordered a large pizza(stuffed crust) because they said, "Only a large size pizza comes with stuffed crust." Two of my kids are... autistic, so they are very picky. Hence stuffed crust. I have never seen them push a pizza away ever. Yet, they won't even eatit. I was hoping for a chicken alfredo pasta bowl. I paid 8 dollars for just pasta toppings. Very disappointed. I wish theywould have told me it doesn't come with any pasta. The person taking the order was very friendly. Yet, did not tell me I'mpaying eight dollars for some toppings. When I called and explained this, he just hung up on me. Pointless to order there. Iwasted $40.38 for everything. I guess I can save the toppings and make my own noodles... Very disappointed though and never willI order here again. Horrible customer service. I shouldn't have given them a 5* after the call, had I known it was all for none.No wonder the delivery guy was quick to leave without me writing a tip. Ordered: Epic pepperoni stuffed crust-pepperoni Delivery-On time and always is Any and all pizzas we've ordered from Papa... Johns-Alton have been great. It's our favorite pizza in Alton. So, on this night I ordered the Epic pepperoni stuffedcrust-pepperoni pizza for one of my kids and his friend, and they said it was amazing. Another person here had a Domino'spepperoni pizza delivered at the same time. So, time for a contest between the two! I tried a slice of each, and this is notcomparing the crusts as there is an unfair advantage with a stuffed crust. NO CONTEST. The Papa Johns pizza made the Domino'spizza inedible as it was soooooo much better. Now if you are into Dave Portney-style thin crust/no flop pizza, this is not yourpizza! You don't have to order extra cheese and sauce (like I normally have to do), this Papa John's has plenty of each everypizza we get. Read more
Got my order wrong said they didn't got my correct order just for there to be a hair on my pizza!!! Don't go here. Got bugs... flying around and employees no hair nets and acted like there wasnt no issues with my pizza!! By far the worse papa John's ever.Little Caesars has better pizza when they are $6!!! I really like their pizza. When I called, no one answered. When I checked the hours open, they were closed, snd it was around 9... PM or 10 PM. I'm assuming they were short staffed. Read more
Called Papa Johns to order wings for delivery. Manager answered the phone and said he couldn?t take my order because he was... alone and couldn?t keep up and to use the online ordering service.i tried to use the online service only to find out that itwasn?t working either. Called manager back and informed him that the online service wasn?t working either and he just said?. Idon?t know what to tell you! Papa John's is definitely delicious but they are busy and under staffed so deliveries always take at least and hour or more. So... I just go pick it up now. Delivery of course would be more convenient but when I did delivery it took 2 hours before they gothere and pizza was not fresh and they told me over the phone they were just waiting on a driver to come back and my food wasunder the warmer ???? Unbelievable..ordered a pizza for delivery pizza cost $15 delivery fee cost $15 they said it will be here in 25 mins waited 1... 1/2 hours before I called them back they told me if it wasn?t there in ten mins it was free 20 mins later I decided to send mydaughter to pick it up I told them to remove the delivery charge they said she can pick it up but they will not remove thedelivery charge I asked to speak to the manager she told me was the manager I canceled the order THATS NOT HOW A BUSINESSSHOULD BE RAN?
